Appartement was as described on the picture. It was on second floor when looking from sea side and balcony is very nice. It opens view thowards the beach and bay. In from is free beach area hence no beach bars right in front inviting for calm dinners and evenings on the balcony. Tilled floors throyghout were practical for beach getway appartment. Appartment building is not in the direct center of the village but wit 10 min walk you are right in the middle of nightlife (if any) and restaurants. It helped to be more quite in the evening without much hustle and bustle. Beach bars and 1-2 tavernas on 3-5 min walking distance. Free parking directly infront and back of the building. Have in mind bathroom is rather small. It was shown on the picture as well, but celling is rather low as well. Sofa in the living room is not one big bed but two on different levels. Location: Perfect for me. At the far and quiet part of Nea Peramos, still on walking distance to the busy area like 10 minutes away. Wide sandy beach just under the terrace. There are beach bar, tavernas and grocery shop a minute away.Apartment: really nice, clean, cosy, air-conditioning, shutters and tent are available. Big terrance with great view all day and night. Comfortable bed! The only drawback for me was the small bathroom. It was a bit uncomfortable for me however for few days is acceptable.I would visit again! Thank you Georgia, Grigorios!

Next to the beach, clean, responsive host. The only thing that didn't match my expectations was the lack of dishwasher. The description said "very well equipped kitchen with electric appliances". In my head this means not having to do the dishes.

Very beautiful and luxurious place with a great sea view.There is a supermarket nearby and some great restaurants can be found close to the building.The beach is literally 20 metres away.
